Why can’t we kick this Kosovan criminal out of Britain?

A judge has said it would be ‘unduly harsh’ to deport a crackhead Roma woman who robbed the disabled.

Living in Britain right now feels like being a contestant on the world’s most evil prank show. Every day there’s a news story so insane you feel sure someone in officialdom will say: ‘Got ya! We were just testing out how much crap you’d take!’ Consider the story of the Roma crackhead from Kosovo who stalked the disabled and the vulnerable to mug them for cash and trinkets. She’s not going to be deported because – please, brace yourself – a judge has ruled that she is ‘culturally and socially integrated’ in Britain. They’re taking the piss, aren’t they?

Her name is Barbara Osmanovic. She’s 40. She came to the UK as a child, with her family, in 2000. She was granted leave to remain in 2006. Her offending began ‘almost immediately’. That’s the thanks we get for giving a foreigner a home. She’s a rotten thief. She’s been convicted 13 times for 29 separate offences. In April 2023 she was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in jail for theft, fraud, an attempted burglary and possessing a knife. Nice lady.

The grossest thing is that she often targeted the defenceless with her sticky fingers. She was described as pursuing a ‘mean’ crusade to steal from disabled people. In one case she accosted a woman in a wheelchair and nicked her purse, a photograph of her parents and a credit card, on which she later spent £1,640. She’s on drugs, too. She’s a heroin and cocaine addict. No doubt some of the cash she pilfered from at-risk Brits was spent on getting high.

To my mind – and no doubt most minds that haven’t been fried by the post-borders lunacy of the elites – she is the perfect candidate for deportation. She has done bugger-all for this country. Or as it was put at a recent immigration tribunal: there is no evidence she has made a ‘positive contribution’ to British life. And yet we’re lumbered with her, this light-fingered drug-snorter, because a judge thinks kicking her out would undermine her ‘human rights’. As I say, we’re at the prank-show stage of our moral decline.

The Home Office sought her deportation in 2023. But an immigration tribunal – the courts that hear people’s pleas to stay in the country – said she should stay. The Home Office appealed but the appeal was rejected. Yes, unelected judges that none of us knows from Adam can shoot down a home secretary that is accountable to our democratically elected government. The tribunal ruled that deporting her would be ‘unduly harsh’ given she’s been here for more than 20 years and doesn’t speak Albanian. It also said that, ‘despite her criminality and chaotic lifestyle’, she is ‘socially and culturally integrated’ in the UK.

Where to even begin with this lawyerly drivel? First off, who cares if she can’t speak Albanian? She violated our laws and targeted weak Britons. It’s not our business whether she manages to make a go of it in Kosovo. It’s our business to make it clear to her – and all other foreign-born residents – that you are here as our guests and will be booted out if you take the mick. Britain cannot be a moral carer for every thief on Earth. What should matter to us is not what might happen to her in Kosovo but what did happen to the Brits she targeted. It is ‘unduly harsh’ on them to let the woman who stole their things carry on parading around the nation.

As for the idea that she is ‘culturally integrated’ despite her ‘criminality’ – can these people hear themselves? The latter disproves the former. The very fact of her ‘mean’ campaign of theft is proof she is not integrated. Last time I checked, assailing the vulnerable was not a British value. Through her behaviour, this lady has shown contempt for our democratically made laws and our culture of care for the less able. That’s a very serious thing.

What does a person have to do to get deported? The cases get madder by the day. An Albanian crime lord’s deportation was halted in part because his son has an aversion to foreign chicken nuggets. More seriously, a Nigerian-born man who raped a 13-year-old girl when he was 15 had his deportation blocked by the European Court of Human Rights on the grounds that it would violate his ‘right to a family life’. Earlier this month, a 51-year-old Jamaican man who had been jailed for two rapes avoided deportation on the grounds that he is bisexual and would face a ‘risk of harm’ in Jamaica. So what? That’s his problem, not ours.

We hear about ‘rights’ constantly, but what about the sovereign rights of the United Kingdom? What about a free nation’s right to kick out those who come here and harm our citizens, sometimes savagely? What about the most fundamental right of all – the right of a people to be protected by the state to which they pay taxes and promise allegiance? The real ‘violation’ is the violation of our national independence, the burning of our sovereign integrity at the altar of a ‘human rights’ industry that prizes a rapist’s right to ‘family life’ more highly than a rape victim’s right to justice.

This is how sovereignty dies – with a thousand cuts delivered daily by judges so high on their own supply of white saviorism that they neglect the needs of their own fellow citizens and the very integrity of their nation. That there are laws that can forbid us from deporting foreign thieves, crime lords and rapists is obscene. Every one of them should be revoked.
