Andrew Lawrence was cancelled before we even had the phrase cancel culture. His dark, nihilistic brand of comedy propelled him to success in the world of stand-up in the 2000s and 2010s. Then a Facebook post changed everything. He’s had at least two more apparently career-ending controversies since.
