However, in Africa and Asia heart disease will be the major cause of death, mostly through a high incidence of smoking, which in the northern hemisphere will have been outlawed as a form of suicide and heart disease associated with obesity will have decreased through education. The medical differences between the northern and southern hemispheres will have become very great.
