Amid all the clownery and bra-shedding of the protesters, this Afghani man appeared to make an announcement. He was the only representative from the notorious ‘jungle’ of Calais. I heard reports that the refugees were too frightened to attend, because having their face plastered across a news website could result in their deportation.
