The dangers of unrestricted use

We appreciate the insistence of Russian scientists - especially Yuri Grigoriev of the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection and the Russian Academy of Science - that children's use of mobile phones is an urgent issue that needs urgent attention.
